A 68-year-old male Retired Bank Clerk presents with complete inability to pass urine for 14 hours and severe lower abdominal pain. He has a 5-month history of progressive LUTS and recently took OTC cold medication.
Clinical Examination & Labs
Physical exam reveals a distended, dull suprapubic mass and Grade III prostate enlargement on DRE.
