Patient History

A 68-year-old Male Retired Postal Worker presents with sudden, very bad pain in my belly that came on about 3 hours ago like a knife stabbing inside, with vomiting and bloody loose motions. The pain is so bad I cannot stay still. About 3 hours ago.

Clinical Examination & Labs

I was watching television after lunch when suddenly I got this terrible pain in the middle of my belly. It came on very fast, within a few minutes. I also vomited twice and had bloody loose stools.
