Patient History
A 34-year-old male Security Guard presents with Cannot move my left shoulder at all since I had a fit about 2 hours ago. It is stuck in a strange position and hurts terribly if anyone tries to move it.. About 2 hours ago. I was at work and suddenly had a seizure. My colleagues tell me I fell on the ground shaking for about 2 minutes.
Clinical Examination & Labs
When I woke up, my left shoulder was in terrible pain and I could not move it at all. It is a deep, constant ache in the back of my shoulder. It gets much worse if I try to lift or rotate my arm outwards. The arm feels locked in this position against my stomach.
