Patient History
A 32-year-old male Auto-Rickshaw Driver presents with My brother has become very stiff and is burning up with high fever since last night. He cannot speak properly and his whole body is like a wooden board. He was started on a new tablet for his mental illness one week ago.. Last evening he started sweating a lot and said he felt very hot. By night he became stiff all over and stopped talking clearly.
Clinical Examination & Labs
This morning he is not responding properly and his body is like a wooden plank. His whole body has become extremely stiff. He cannot bend his arms or legs. He is sweating like he has been in the sun all day. His body is burning hot to touch even though we kept a wet cloth on his forehead all night.
