Patient History
A 24-year-old female Software Engineer presents with Sudden, very severe pain in the right side of my lower tummy that started about 3 hours ago while I was at work. I have been vomiting continuously and the pain is the worst I have ever felt in my life.. About 3 hours ago. I was sitting at my desk at work and suddenly felt a very sharp, stabbing pain on the right side of my lower tummy. It came on out of nowhere, like someone twisted something inside me.
Clinical Examination & Labs
I almost fell off my chair. It is a constant, very severe, cramping and twisting pain on the right side, just below my hip bone. It feels deep inside. Sometimes it gets even worse in waves, like something is being wrung out. I would rate it 9 out of 10.
