Patient History

A 68-year-old male Retired Postal Clerk presents with My stomach has become very big and tight since last night. I have not been able to pass gas or go to the toilet. I have been vomiting since morning and the pain is getting worse.. The bloating started last night around 8 PM. I could not pass gas at all.

Clinical Examination & Labs

By morning the swelling got much bigger and the pain started. I have been vomiting greenish liquid since about 6 AM. The pain is cramping and comes in waves. It is all over my belly but worse in the lower part. My stomach feels very tight like it is going to burst.
