Patient History

A 32-year-old male Auto-rickshaw Driver presents with Severe pain in the left side of my stomach after my auto-rickshaw hit a truck. I feel very dizzy and my left shoulder is also hurting badly.. About 45 minutes ago. My auto-rickshaw was hit from the side by a truck. The steering wheel hit me hard on the left side of my stomach.

Clinical Examination & Labs

The pain started right away and keeps getting worse. I was driving my auto-rickshaw when a truck hit me from the left side at a junction. I was not wearing a seatbelt. The steering column hit my left upper belly area directly. I did not lose consciousness at the scene but I felt very dizzy immediately after.
